About Latika

Latika Agarwal is a young artist based in Mathura, India, whose work is deeply rooted in emotion, imagination, and the beauty she finds in everyday moments.

For Latika, painting is more than a creative practice — it is a way of expressing what she feels. Each painting begins with an emotion, a thought, or a moment that stays with her, and gradually takes shape on the canvas through colour, detail, and storytelling.

Her work moves across different subjects and styles, from Indian-inspired art and expressive portraits to nature, relationships, and moments of quiet reflection. She enjoys allowing each painting to develop its own character rather than limiting herself to a single style.

Latika believes that art carries a part of the person who creates it. Because she paints from the heart, her work often reflects feelings of love, warmth, connection, joy, and introspection.

Based in Mathura, she continues to explore her artistic voice through painting and hopes to share her work with people who connect with the emotions and stories behind each piece.
